It started in 2012, when Vitalia and Antonio left Italy with a suitcase full of recipes and one simple dream: real Italian food, made properly. Nine years ago that dream became Vitalia's, our restaurant at The Pier in Cairns, now a bit of a local institution and still the heart of everything we do. We've loaded that same dough, that same oven heat, and that same obsession onto a truck, so your event gets the real thing too.
